Solution Architect for a strategic IAM/IGA

The role is within a strategic, international IAM/IGA transformation programme in the insurance sector, focusing on introducing a group-wide Business Role model and migrating existing SailPoint-based roles to a new target environment based on One Identity (myAccess) and Nexis.

• Experience with Nexis.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Segregation of Duties.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Power BI in an IAM/IGA environment.

• Designing the target Business Role Management architecture.
• Defining entitlement models, data structures, and integration requirements.
• Assessing existing roles, authorisation concepts, and organisational structures.
• Supporting migration of existing SailPoint-based roles.
• Designing role lifecycle and approval workflows.
• Defining governance controls and supporting Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements.
• Validating architecture during integration testing, pilots, and rollout.
• Preparing solution design documentation and implementation concepts.
• Advising the programme on Business Role governance, migration strategy, and the future operating model.

Candidates located in Poland. Project language is English; German is an advantage but not mandatory. Business travel possible 1-3 times per year for short durations. Flexible working hours, including contributions outside standard business hours.
