Product Manager (Accounting & ERP Processes)

The role is within a team responsible for the development of the Comarch ERP XL system, a leading ERP system on the market. The candidate will act as a key liaison between business and technology, working closely with internal teams including software production, implementations, marketing, and sales. • Higher education (preferably in economic fields).
• Knowledge of accounting processes.
• Understanding of business processes, information flow between departments, and challenges faced by manufacturing and trading companies.
• High interpersonal skills and effective communication with teams such as production, consulting, sales, and marketing.
• Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to use advanced AI tools (knowledge of Claude Code is a plus).

• Co-create the strategy and vision for the Comarch ERP XL product.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
• Actively collaborate across teams: gather requirements from support and implementation teams, communicate with production departments, and cooperate with sales and marketing.
• Participate in project meetings and present new solutions internally and externally.
• Co-create informational materials promoting the product.
