Production Engineer

Link Group is an international technology team supporting critical middle- and back-office systems in a financial-services environment.

• Experience in Production Support, SRE, DevOps or Application Support
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Python and Linux
• Good understanding of technical and operational processes
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to investigate complex issues and work towards their root cause
• Experience working with interconnected systems and production environments
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial services, banking or investment environments

• Monitor and support production systems and applications
• Investigate incidents, troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
• Analyse dependencies and workflows across interconnected systems
• Work closely with Developers, Operations and Technology teams
• Take ownership of incidents and ensure issues are resolved effectively
• Contribute to improving system reliability, monitoring and operational processes
• Support a growing international team working across different time zones
• Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional out-of-hours support
