Senior IT Business Analyst with AI - Freelance

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production, beyond just PoC/demo.
• Ability to assess agentic automation feasibility.
• Design of agent workflows including human-in-the-loop and escalation conditions.
• Building metrics and evaluations for agents.
• Conduct cost and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Agents monitoring.
• Excellent English and Polish language skills.

• Transform clients' business processes with innovative AI-based solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and adaptability.
• Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes and design optimized ones using AI.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations.
• Collaborate with the development team and process owners to create and test AI solutions.
• Create and maintain project and process documentation.
