Senior Android Developer (large scale app)

• Minimum 5 years experience in Android development with expert knowledge of the Android SDK and different system versions and device configurations.
• Experience in optimizing apps using Kotlin and Java.
• Hands-on knowledge of Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Android Architecture Components, Jetpack libraries, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Firebase configuration, and REST API integration.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience working in foundation/platform teams supporting a DevEx culture.
• Knowledge of Git, JIRA, Confluence, code review processes, and Agile methodologies.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Eligibility to work within Poland (citizenship, residence card, visa, etc.).

Nice to have:

• Experience working with LLMs and agentic workflows accelerating the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with Android WebView including native↔JS bridge, session/authentication handling, navigation, performance, and security hardening.
• Experience with internationalisation and localisation of mobile apps for multi-region, multi-language, and per-market configurations.

• Develop and maintain a large-scale native Android application with a focus on performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Design, implement, and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
• Automate builds and deployment processes.
• Optimize infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Refactor existing code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to team decisions.
• Build scalable and maintainable solutions based on MVVM and Clean Architecture.
