As a Technical Leader based in Warsaw, you will join a globally distributed team supporting business stakeholders across Paris, Hong Kong, and New York. You will contribute to the Agile development of business-critical applications supporting FX, Rates, and Credit trading activities, with a focus on volatility products and pricing.
Wymagania
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET environment (primarily .NET 8,9,10), building REST APIs with ASP.NET Core and designing scalable microservices.
- Experience in Cloud architecture, preferably Azure with AKS/Kubernetes, Event Hubs, Blob/Table Storage.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, continuous delivery practices.
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools: ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and logging with Serilog.
- Experience in technical leadership: code reviews, mentoring, and participating in technical hiring.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable working with business stakeholders in a global environment.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Capital Markets, especially Credit, FX, Rates, or volatility products.
- Exposure to Blazor WebAssembly.

Technical Architecture & Design:
- Own architecture and technical design of new products and major initiatives.
Hands-on Development:
- Actively contribute as a software engineer to design and develop complex solutions with .NET 8,9,10 and ASP.NET Core.
Technical Leadership:
- Lead code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
Hiring & Mentoring:
- Participate in technical recruitment and mentor engineers during onboarding.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive technology modernization and explore new approaches including AI-assisted solutions.
Business Partnership & Production Support:
- Work closely with traders to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and support production issue resolution.
Global Teamwork:
- Collaborate with teams across Warsaw, Paris, Hong Kong, and New York.
