• Extensive production experience with Java and deep understanding of JVM internals and ecosystem
• Strong system design capabilities with ability to document and implement complex architectures
• Advanced knowledge of relational database principles and performance tuning with PostgreSQL
• Solid grasp of messaging concepts, ideally with experience in the Kafka ecosystem
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills and understanding of concurrency principles and security best practices
• Leadership experience including team mentoring
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency for stakeholder communication

• Design and implement complex, scalable system architectures
• Mentor team members and drive technical excellence
• Lead code reviews and establish best practices
• Optimize database performance and design robust data solutions with PostgreSQL
• Architect and maintain messaging systems using Kafka or similar technologies
