PEGA Developer / System Architect

Enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) and Global Workflow Automation domain with focus on Pega platform development and architecture.

• Minimum 3 years hands-on Pega development experience (4+ years for Architect/Lead roles).
• Proven record delivering full-cycle solutions on the Pega platform.
• Deep practical knowledge of Pega 8.x, including Case Types, Flows, UI, Rules, and Data Pages.
• Proficiency in English or German at B2 level for international communication.
• Solid understanding of integration protocols: REST, SOAP, and file-based interfaces.
• Strong skills in data modeling, complex business logic implementation, and system scalability.
• Strict adherence to Pega guardrails, design patterns, and code maintainability best practices.
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple roles in a global development environment.

• Mentorship experience and code review skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and system optimization capabilities.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement within the Pega ecosystem.

• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle, from grooming to production deployment and troubleshooting.
• Prioritize strict adherence to Pega guardrails alongside efficient delivery.
• Think in terms of case lifecycles, reusable rules, and scalable data models.
• Translate business requirements into robust Pega technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Business Analysts, and distributed global development teams.
