Technical Sales Engineer (f/m)

• University degree, preferably in business/sales or a technical field.
• Experience in selling technical products (key requirement).
• Experience in selling products for the rope industry, rope equipment, or related industrial solutions is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Highly developed negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and identify their needs.
• Independent, goal-oriented, and focused on finding solutions.
• Enjoys working in sales and having direct contact with customers.
• Holds category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business, both domestically and internationally.

• Analyze the market, assigned territory, and existing and potential customers.
• Develop and implement activities aimed at increasing sales.
• Develop and optimize the customer base.
• Support and develop the distributor network.
• Provide regular technical and commercial consulting and service to existing customers.
• Prepare individual commercial offers and pricing calculations.
• Conduct commercial negotiations.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Regularly report results and activities to management.
