Mid to Senior Business Analyst – Banking & Financial IT

A leading organization in the online banking sector focused on innovative digital solutions for accounts and savings products. The role supports modernization of core banking systems and enhancement of customer-facing financial services.

• At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst working with business stakeholders
• Experience in banking or financial IT projects
• Strong knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and business operations
• Practical experience in business and system requirements analysis and documentation
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and IT system architecture
• Experience with system and data integration concepts
• Hands-on knowledge of relational databases and data modeling
• Experience in functional and UAT testing activities
• Proficiency with analytical and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Certifications related to Business Analysis or Banking (e.g., CBAP, CFA)

• Gather and analyze business requirements during project initiation and delivery phases
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements specifications and high-level solution designs
• Support analytical work performed by vendors and internal banking units
• Define and analyze banking processes in cooperation with business stakeholders
• Collaborate with system architects, designers, and internal domain experts
• Prepare and review user and automated test scenarios
• Conduct functional testing and support business acceptance testing
• Review technical documentation, architecture, and applied technologies
• Support system parameterization and provide expert guidance post-implementation
