Graduate Programme 2027: Software Engineer (Android)

• Predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent) degree grade
• Graduation year 2025, 2026, or 2027
• Portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions
• Degree in computer science, maths, physics, or similar field
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven approach
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, diverse teams
• Full-time availability from early or late 2027
• Willingness to attend the office at least 3 days per week (hybrid role)

• Collaborate with Product Designers on feature design and prototyping
• Shape user experience from wireframes to implementation and release
• Build elegant solutions in partnership with designers and product teams
• Help define and maintain visual guidelines for app consistency
• Prototype new interactions based on peer and user feedback
• Develop expertise with the Android SDK
• Manage tasks, track progress, and deliver outcomes
• Share updates with global teams and learn from senior engineers
• Use regular feedback to accelerate professional development

• The programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE, or UK
• Applicants must be willing and able to attend the office at least 3 days per week in the country of employment
