Graduate Programme 2027: Product Designer

Revolut is a fintech company serving over 75 million customers with products including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travelling. The Graduate Programme targets ambitious graduates seeking careers in fintech, offering structured training, real projects, and hands-on experience over 12 months, with opportunities for promotion during or after the programme.

• Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• Predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent) grade
• Degree in design or a similar field
• Proactive attitude with a love for problem-solving
• Fluency in English
• Ability to learn quickly with an ambitious, results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a diverse team in a dynamic environment
• Full-time availability from early or late 2027
• Ability to attend a Revolut office at least 3 days per week (hybrid role)

Nice to have:

• Fluency in other languages
• Experience as an entrepreneur or working in a startup

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer and business problems
• Research user needs and share insights to guide design decisions
• Design end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes that solve problems simply and elegantly
• Run customer testing and iterate based on feedback
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions
• Review product performance after release and identify opportunities for improvement

Applications open May 2026, recruitment from July to December 2026. Programme starts early or late 2027. Roles require relocation to Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE, or UK.
