Internship Programme 2027: Product Designer

The Internship Programme is designed for ambitious students to work on real projects over 8–10 paid weeks in one of their tech hubs across Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK.

• Currently in the penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or a related field, graduating in 2028
• Predicted first-class degree or equivalent grade
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for design, innovation, and creating customer-first experiences
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
• Fluency in English
• Full-time availability for summer 2027
• Ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week (hybrid role)

Nice to have:

• Fluency in other languages
• Experience as an entrepreneur or working in a startup

• Designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that address customer needs
• Supporting research activities such as user interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Applying insights to iterate on designs and improve user experience
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, and Researchers to ship impactful features
• Presenting findings and design proposals to stakeholders
• Managing project tasks, tracking progress, and sharing updates with global teams
• Receiving feedback and guidance through regular reviews to support your development

The Internship Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK with provided visa assistance and support.
