Solution Architect (GenAI) | f/m/d

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Over 6 years of experience in software development, architecture, and enterprise system integration
• Proven delivery of solutions in large-scale, cross-functional IT projects in regulated environments such as insurance or banking
• Experience creating threat models and web applications with Frontend and Backend for Frontend (e.g., React, NodeJS, Java, C#)
• Experience with Databricks, Unity-Catalog, API-Management, and specific BDAP/GenAI technology stack
• Experience in Solution/Software Architect roles
• Experience designing distributed applications on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of software and architecture patterns
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization, and orchestration (knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to explain architecture to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to make decisions in enterprise-scale, matrixed environments

• Work with internal projects in the Operations Division and GenAI program to design and document architecture solutions and security countermeasures
• Design distributed front and backend systems mainly in AWS cloud using native cloud/serverless approaches
• Cover end-to-end systems spanning mainframe, on-premise, and cloud environments
• Document architecture decisions, goals, risks, and technical quality requirements in Confluence
• Model solutions using UML and ArchiMate diagrams
• Research, evaluate, and recommend modern technologies and solutions
• Contribute to bottom-up initiatives by the delivery team
• Advise on architecture patterns and reference architecture components
• Engage in cross-functional delivery with product, engineering, operations, and vendors
• Support development teams by explaining designs and providing reference implementations or technical spikes
• Ensure architectural consistency and integration quality in large-scale digital transformation projects
• Work within ERGO frameworks ensuring compliance with regulatory standards including DORA and VAIT
