• At least 3 years of experience as a Sinequa Developer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Sinequa with exposure to other enterprise search platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Python and working knowledge of search relevance, NLP, RAG, and GenAI.
• Fluent English communication skills in speech and writing for daily team interactions.

• Configuration of the Sinequa platform, enterprise architecture design, and integration of security and access control mechanisms.
• Connecting data sources via specialized connectors and managing content crawling and indexing.
• Optimizing search relevance and result ranking using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI techniques.
• Developing extensions, business logic, and API integrations using Java and Python.
• Implementing and expanding GenAI and RAG-based applications powered by enterprise data.
