SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - LMS

Our focus areas include life sciences, QA, validation, cloud systems, human capital management (HCM), and Salesforce. We operate globally in the IT sector with our own development team. Notable clients include Oriflame, Sanofi, and Coca-Cola.

• At least 5 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or similar role.
• SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including the LMS module.
• Experience working with external clients, conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions.
• English proficiency at minimum B2+ level.

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing other SuccessFactors modules beyond LMS.
• Experience or willingness to manage a team.

• Implement the SAP SuccessFactors LMS module from client workshops through configuration to production deployment.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements, document them, and build prototypes for client verification.
• Configure the solution, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment to production.
• Provide consulting on client industry-specific needs and LMS system processes.
• Work closely with Project Managers and consultants, communicating project goals and presenting technical solutions to business stakeholders.
• Transfer knowledge about the SuccessFactors product to the client’s team.
