Senior Full Stack Engineer (B2B - Warsaw)

• Deep experience building and interacting with AI agents to amplify coding output.
• Ability to integrate AI agents within workflows adhering to architecture and security standards.
• Experience building and maintaining globally distributed systems.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, specifically Kafka.
• Approximately 2+ years in product engineering, developer tools, or infrastructure at scale.
• Pragmatic generalist who learns new frameworks and tackles complex challenges.
• Familiarity with languages such as Elixir, Ruby, or TypeScript is a plus.

• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn even if not meeting all requirements.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Mobile engineers to deliver features.
• Own full feature lifecycle including technical design, implementation, testing, and rollout.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable Ruby and Elixir code.
• Work with a polyglot stack (Ruby, Elixir, GraphQL, TypeScript, gRPC) and messaging systems like Kafka.
• Operate within a Kubernetes-driven microservice architecture.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design to develop high-quality products from inception to delivery.

• Position requires working onsite in Warsaw, Poland, 4 days per week.
• Interview process includes multiple stages with the Talent Team, Engineers, and CTO.
