The role involves joining a team working on interconnected AI-powered tools and services that are in mature production use across the organization. These AI solutions support the company’s daily business processes and continue to evolve with ongoing development focused on quality, performance, security, and scalability.

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or other generative AI technologies.
• Practical knowledge of Python and AI/ML libraries.
• Understanding of the lifecycle of AI solutions deployed in production environments.
• Ability to conduct independent research and evaluate tools and technologies.
• Comfortable identifying solutions that best fit given use cases.

• Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of AI-powered tools and services.
• Work with AI solutions operating in production environments, maintaining and optimizing quality, performance, security, and scalability.
• Support evaluation of new tools, technologies, and approaches for further development of existing solutions.
