Technical Adoption Specialist, Civil 3D, French speaking

Autodesk is a company that creates software used in various industries to build environmentally friendly buildings, smart factories, and films. The role is within Autodesk's Customer Success organization, focusing on helping customers optimize their investment and achieve measurable business outcomes with Autodesk technology.

• Fluency in English plus advanced level of French
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk AutoCAD in production environments
• 5 to 6 years of experience in Civil Engineering or related field
• Advanced knowledge of industry needs and workflows
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Public speaking and presentation skills
• Additional knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Map 3D, and GIS is beneficial

• Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk Solutions
• Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise
• Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and product adoption
• Deliver digital content via 1:Many webinars for end users
• Develop and update digital content adhering to quality and consistency standards
