• Minimum 4 years of experience in independently managing IT recruitment processes
• English language proficiency at least at an intermediate (B2) level
• Independence and creativity in task execution
• Higher education or current part-time studies (preferred fields: psychology, sociology, human resource management, computer science)
• Ability to organize work and prioritize tasks
• Positive energy and good attitude

• Conduct recruitment processes for various IT roles for Polish and foreign clients
• Actively source candidates using methods like Direct Search, headhunting, networking, and internal databases
• Collaborate with technical recruiters
• Actively participate in industry events
