Lead Enablement Engineer

The role sits in the Enablement team, which performs both enablement and technical work developing solutions. The position uniquely covers both aspects: building AI agents and training/supporting internal customers.

• Senior or Lead level engineer capable of owning end-to-end solution delivery independently
• Practical experience building with LLMs and agent frameworks beyond prototyping
• Ability to explain technical work to engineers unfamiliar with the technology both in writing and live sessions
• Working knowledge of GCP and GitHub-based development workflows

Nice to have:

• Experience with performance engineering
• Experience with Nix

• Build and ship AI agents and LLM-based solutions for internal use
• Run the technical side of enablement sessions, walkthroughs, worked examples, and reusable material for engineers
• Act as the point of contact for internal teams adopting these solutions from initial inquiry to implementation
• Work in GCP and GitHub as the standard development environment
