Senior Azure Data Architect / Senior Cloud Engineer

LinkGroup is the employer offering this role for a Senior Azure Data Architect or Senior Cloud Engineer focusing on cloud data architectures using Azure components.

• Proven experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks).
• Strong proficiency in Databricks for data engineering tasks.
• Advanced skills in Python for data processing and automation.
• Familiarity with Terraform and infrastructure as code principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced project environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with data catalog solutions and automation of cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Event Hubs).
• Background in MLOps or IoT platforms.

• Design and implement scalable data architectures using Azure services.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows in Databricks.
• Utilize Python for scripting, automation, and data processing.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of data solutions.
• Work with Terraform and automation tools to manage infrastructure as code.
