Wymagania

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related fields.
4+ years experience with Databricks.
Strong understanding of data management principles: data modeling, ETL, data integration, and data warehousing.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data lakes, and big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
Proficiency in data modeling tools, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, Azure, and modern data architectures like serverless and microservices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to design complex data systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder influence.

Obowiązki

Design and oversee development of data architecture including databases, data warehouses, data lakes, and integration systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data architecture solutions.
Define and implement data management processes such as data modeling, metadata management, data quality, and governance.
Ensure data security and compliance via access controls and data protection.
Optimize data architectures for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in on-premise and cloud environments.
Provide guidance on data architecture and design best practices to engineers, analysts, and developers.
Stay updated on trends and technologies to enhance data infrastructure.
Create and maintain documentation including data flow diagrams, data models, and system integrations.
Travel to client sites as required (up to 20%).
