• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual web application testing.
• Experience working on diverse projects with various project teams.
• Accurate analysis and precise defect documentation.
• Experience cooperating with clients.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and handling Incident, Problem, and Change requests.
• Analytical thinking, good work organization, and task prioritization skills.
• English language proficiency at least B2 level.
• Familiarity with SEM/SEO concepts and WordPress.

• Handling end-user application tickets, verifying issues, and forwarding to L2 while monitoring SLA.
• Collaborating with project teams to diagnose defects and resolve tickets following provided instructions.

• Performing functional, integration, smoke, acceptance, and deployment testing across application environments.
• Conducting retesting of reported bugs and comments.
