Agentic SDLC Senior Engineer

• Minimum 5 years in technical roles such as Software Developer, DevOps, QA/Test Automation, or similar.
• Experience in development teams with knowledge of full application lifecycle.
• Familiarity with AI tools in SDLC: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot, and open-source models.
• Building AI agents, workflows, skills, prompts; integrating with repositories, CI/CD, code review, and testing.
• Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-supported engineering practices.
• Production experience with configuration, system integration, hardening, monitoring, and iterative development.
• Communication and consulting competencies for collaboration with teams, managers, and management.
• Transfer of knowledge through pair/mob programming and code review.
• Nice to have: familiarity with AI Agents, prompt engineering, ML, CI/CD, software development, system testing, product management, monitoring tools, code review, and DevOps.
• Familiarity with LLM, RAG, agent architectures, use of frameworks like LangGraph, and protocols such as MCP is welcome.

• Design, build, and implement Agentic SDLC solutions in AI agents, workflows, developer tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain, develop, and measure outcomes of implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with customer development teams ensuring knowledge transfer and enabling their independent maintenance and enhancement post-service.
• Map business and technical needs to implementation initiatives and architecture.
• Lead technical workshops.
• Perform pair/mob programming, joint code reviews, and collaborative solution design and construction.
• Standardize AI tool working practices and select Agentic SDLC practices for roles such as developer, tester, analyst, and DevOps.
