(Senior) Manager | Cybersecurity Consulting

PwC CEE Cybersecurity Center is a team of over 200 specialists helping companies design and build digital resilience, create cybersecurity strategies, and assess cybersecurity maturity. The team combines knowledge of business processes and cyber threats with experience from security audits and operational support services to SOC teams.

• Substantial experience in cybersecurity consulting, management, advisory, risk assessment, or information security governance with client-facing delivery and project leadership
• Experience in cloud security, cybersecurity audits, or ICT risk evaluation
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from technical and delivery perspectives
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO27001 or NIST
• Knowledge of cloud security, data protection in cloud environments, and regulatory requirements (including NIS2, CRA, ISO 27001, ISO 22301)
• Higher education in IT, security, engineering, economics with IT elements
• Very good command of English and Polish languages
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and proactive approach

• Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork

Nice to have:

• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP
• Experience in a consulting environment including client-facing delivery, proposal development, and stakeholder management

• Lead cyber-regulatory, advisory, and implementation projects in digital resilience, cybersecurity strategy, governance, cloud security, and ICT risk management
• Oversee cybersecurity assessments of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Supervise reviews of IT systems and processes, evaluating compliance with standards and cybersecurity-related assessments of IT systems, networks, and data environments
• Build client relationships and oversee sales and business development activities
• Manage risk assessments for new initiatives, technologies, and digital solutions
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
• Manage workstreams and mentor team members
