Senior .NET Engineer (Full-Stack, Front-End, Cloud)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience with C# and .NET technologies (ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core).
• Strong hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, including component architecture, state management, and responsive design.
• Proven ability to build user-friendly interfaces integrated with back-end services and APIs.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless frameworks.
• Proven practical experience applying AI technologies in project scenarios.
• Skill in evaluating, selecting, and implementing AI models and frameworks beyond basic tools.
• Strong comprehension of AI/ML fundamentals: model training, data preprocessing, prompt engineering.
• Experience identifying AI applications in process automation, analytics, or product enhancements.
• Knowledge of best practices and constraints in AI adoption and deployment.
• Ability to explain AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Skilled with relational and non-relational databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
• Practical experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Strong grasp of software development best practices including Agile methodologies, unit testing, and version control (Git).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills within collaborative environments.

• Build, test, and maintain web-based applications, services, and APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Develop responsive, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces using React or Angular.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define application requirements and architecture across front-end and back-end.
• Manage deployment, integration, and monitoring on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Apply cloud-native principles using serverless computing, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud storage.
• Incorporate and utilize AI technologies in real-world projects.
• Assess, select, and deploy AI models and frameworks beyond basic tools.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for process automation, analytics, or product enhancement.
• Communicate AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability following best practices and cloud architecture.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across full-stack in production and non-production environments.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality, reusability, and maintainability.
• Streamline deployments via automated CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Stay updated with trends in .NET, front-end frameworks, cloud, and AI.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.

Working from the office in Katowice, Gdansk, Poznan, Lodz, Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Krakow, at least 3 days per week, is required.
