Wymagania
- Fluency in English (C1)
- University degree preferably in Computer Engineering / IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant focused on Learning Management System (LMS), Succession & Development, and Recruiting
- Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC) and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) is a plus
- Strong understanding of technology to articulate customer problems and solutions
- Reliable partner for HR department
- Ability to adhere to security guidelines and best practices
- Preferably ITIL or Scrum certification or willingness to pursue it
- Self-organized and proactive attitude
Obowiązki
- Drive digitalization and transformation projects supporting global HR processes and launch new tools
- Oversee product costs, budgets, external staff management, procurement, and provider management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Implement changes and configure systems
- Manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Manage delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
- Work across teams and global locations for alignment on feature development and prioritization
- Monitor and evaluate product compliance and performance for continuous improvement
- Set up strategic product architecture following Munich RE Group requirements and standards
