Wymagania
- Fluency in English
- University degree preferably in Computer Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, or similar
- 7+ years experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with focus on Employee Central, Compensation, and Variable Pay
- Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as EC Payroll, Time Management, or Onboarding preferred
- Strong understanding of technology and ability to articulate customer problems and solutions
- Reliable partner for HR department
- Ability to adhere to security guidelines and collaborate with ISO community
- Preferably ITIL or Scrum certified or willingness to pursue certification with support
Obowiązki
- Drive digitalization and transformation projects, supporting global HR processes and launching new tools
- Oversee product costs and budget, managing external staff including procurement and provider management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Implement changes and configure SAP SuccessFactors system
- Manage product roadmaps and backlogs to ensure timely delivery of capabilities
- Lead delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
- Work across teams and global locations to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
- Monitor and evaluate product compliance and performance to enable continuous improvement
- Set strategic product architecture based on Munich RE Group requirements and standards
