Senior Business Analyst

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale projects.
• Experience working in the banking, financial or fintech sector.
• Good knowledge of banking products and processes.
• Experience in projects involving the development or implementation of new system functionalities.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Enterprise Architect.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw clear conclusions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills and resilience in a dynamic environment.
• C1 level of English, both written and spoken.
• University degree in a technical, economic, financial or related field.

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects related to regulatory requirements and compliance processes.
• Knowledge of customer verification and onboarding processes.
• Experience working with large-scale banking systems.
• Familiarity with additional tools supporting business analysis and process modeling.

• Analyzing business needs and translating them into clear system requirements.
• Identifying user needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Defining and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Preparing analytical and project documentation.
• Modeling business processes using BPMN 2.0 and UML.
• Identifying and documenting business rules and process dependencies.
• Creating business-level data models.
• Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Reviewing project documentation and key deliverables.
• Participating in the development and implementation of new system functionalities.
• Working in cross-functional teams following the Scrum methodology.
