(Senior) Consultant with GIS

• Minimum 2 years of experience for Consultant or 4 years for Senior Consultant in retail, consumer goods, or consulting with client-facing and analytical roles
• Fluent Polish and very good written and spoken English communication skills
• Minimum bachelor's degree
• Excellent numerical skills with very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• GIS literacy is a strong advantage
• Interest in retail, shopping centers, and/or consumer goods distribution
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a virtual, multicultural environment
• Ability to process and combine market and spatial data with consumer and trend knowledge
• Ability to translate data into practical insights and recommendations
• Clear and concise communication and presentation skills
• Active listening and ability to ask insightful questions to understand client needs

• Analyzing and interpreting diverse data including sales, NIQ-specific, customer-specific, spatial, location, and competition data to identify trends and answer client questions
• Executing analytical projects by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data; constructing presentations
• Delivering quantified recommendations and added value to clients
• Presenting results to clients, occasionally with senior support
