Product Engineer - AI Finance

BJAK is a company that started in 2019 and built the first mobile-first insurance platform in Southeast Asia, helping millions access insurance online. The company is expanding its services to include spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel financial products. BJAK employs teams worldwide with over 20 nationalities, offering remote and office work environments.

• Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
• Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Capable of working with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
• Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is advantageous.

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys.
• Use data, feedback, research, and production issues to inform product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations.
• Make trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Candidates must be based in Poland as the role is remote but specifically hires for this market. English is the main working language across global teams and strong English communication is required.
