Analityk Systemowy – Hurtownie Danych (m/k/os.)

Asseco Poland S.A. works mainly for banks and financial institutions, creating and developing data warehouses and reporting systems. The analytics team consists of 23 people, about half analysts and half developers, working in Scrum with 3-week cycles.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in system, business-system, or technical analysis.
• Very good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL or another relational database.
• Knowledge of data warehouses and ETL/ELT processes.
• Ability to analyze data and system dependencies.
• Experience in gathering and specifying requirements.
• Fluency in client conversation and conducting workshops.
• Curiosity and technical thinking.

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking, finance, or reporting.
• Knowledge of Oracle optimization including execution plans, indexes, statistics, AWR/EM.
• Data modeling and multi-dimensional data warehouses.
• Experience with Qlik Sense or other reporting tools.
• Experience designing data processing workflows.
• Practical use of AI in analytical and technical work.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical workshops and discussions with clients.
• Gather and refine business and system requirements.
• Prepare analyses, specifications, documentation, and estimations.
• Analyze client issue reports and problems.
• Work with SQL and relational databases.
• Analyze data, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouse loading.
• Design and develop data processing and reporting solutions.
• Analyze performance of queries and DWH processes.
• Collaborate with developers in design and implementation.
• Verify that final solutions meet client requirements.
