IT System Analyst / Business System Analyst - Payments

The company works in the Money Services/Payments sector and manages development and maintenance of systems for clearing transfers in the Polish and European market.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT projects for banking/finance
• Practical knowledge of business and system analysis
• Experience specifying business processes, functional requirements, quality requirements, data models, and system integrations
• Familiarity with requirement elicitation methodologies and specification preparation
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL

• Acquire and analyze business requirements
• Develop functional and quality requirements specifications
• Specify business processes, data models, and system integrations
• Collaborate with IT, business, and external teams in solution design
• Manage changes and maintain documentation quality and consistency
• Verify implementation compliance with specifications
• Prepare test scenarios
• Act as Proxy Product Owner for payments
• Develop and maintain transfer clearing systems for Polish and European markets
