Advanced Field Service Engineer

• Five years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Honeywell HT Systems hardware platforms.
• High knowledge in HVAC, security, and BMS systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server, Windows applications, and Active Directory management (advantageous).
• Cybersecurity awareness including McAfee and Symantec tools (advantageous).
• Experience with backup tools like McAfee and Symantec (advantageous).
• Proven experience with Cisco networks (advantageous).
• Experience with virtualization using vMware (advantageous).
• Good knowledge and experience in hardware assembly processes.
• Technical and communication proficiency in English.
• Diploma in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation).
• Driving license.

Major areas of responsibility:

• Perform installation, maintenance, upgrades, and migrations of Honeywell Building Automation products and solutions.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for building automation systems and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Deliver advanced technical support for all customers countrywide.

Supporting activities:

• Share technical knowledge within the team.
• Report progress on service projects, activities, and issues.
• Carry out site work and international assignments as needed.
• Proactively recommend quality and efficiency improvements within the service team.
• Comply with corporate, local, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
