• BS degree or equivalent technical or management experience.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in project management within process automation industry.
• Thorough knowledge of project field operations and financial processes.
• Demonstrated energy and determination to achieve results and overcome obstacles.
• Ability to engage employees with timely and clear communication, valuing their input.
• Ability to assess risks appropriately and take action to minimize them.
• Availability to travel 30% of the time.

• Manage projects in Poland and neighboring countries from opportunity development to successful handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, with zero or positive deviation.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and promptly resolve issues.
• Own project financial performance, monitoring monthly against estimates.
• Lead implementation of productivity-enhancing process changes related to project delivery.
• Drive cost reduction to improve market competitiveness.
• Control costs and maximize productivity using effective methods and standard processes.
• Drive Remote Migration Services and enhance utilization of GMSC for migration projects.
• Ensure availability and control of tools, equipment, materials, and proper project resourcing.
• Participate in estimate review to validate labor estimates and technical feasibility.
• Ensure completeness and documentation of subcontracts where applicable.
• Participate in material SIOP calls with factory planners to forecast project order demand.
