Senior Risk Management Specialist

Nexi is a fintech company leading the transformation in digital payments, operating internationally with a team of 10,000 people across 25 countries.

• Experience in risk management, compliance, or audit (financial sector is a plus)
• Strong understanding of operational risk, RCSA, and control frameworks
• Exposure to ICT risk, incident management, or third-party risk
• Familiarity with DORA or similar frameworks, or readiness to learn quickly
• Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and propose better solutions
• Proactive mindset to spot and address problems early
• Comfort working in dynamic and evolving environments
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Fluent English

• Financial sector experience

• Identify and assess operational and ICT risks, focusing on real business impact and critical services
• Support development of a practical, DORA-aligned ICT risk and resilience framework
• Maintain meaningful and actionable risk and incident registers
• Monitor and push mitigation actions for high and critical risks
• Work on incident management processes including analysis and lessons learned
• Participate in ICT vendor risk assessments and ongoing supplier oversight
• Co-create and improve policies, standards, and governance
• Drive risk awareness initiatives that engage people
• Collaborate across business, IT, and compliance teams in a partnership-based approach
