UX Designer

• Excellent command of English (B2/C1)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX designer
• Fluency in using AI tools, Figma, Miro, Webflow
• Ability to plan design projects from scratch for diverse clients
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to participate in creating AI products
• Knowledge of design principles and experience with design systems
• Ability to experiment and find new solutions
• Experience with analytics and user behavior tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar

Nice to have:

• Work experience in a software agency
• UX research experience: tools and methods
• Experience with UX audits

• Owning the end-to-end UX process with support when needed
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs
• Working with engineering teams to ensure UX meets technical and functional requirements
• Conducting UX research and developing design concepts
• Using AI tools daily and exploring improvements to the design process
• Designing multimodal AI experiences such as agentic interfaces, RAG-powered apps, voicebots, and generative AI tools
• Taking ownership and working independently in the UX process
