Senior Java Test Automation Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation with strong Java automation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Java development, automation, and testing REST APIs using Rest Assured and Gatling.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and Git.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and query execution.
• Ability to collaborate in diverse development and test teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and strong work organization.

Nice to have:

• Experience with UFT Developer or UFT ONE Visual Basic.
• Experience in performance testing, API mocking, Swagger, or Postman.
• ISTQB certification.
• Legal right to work in the European Union.

• Creating, developing, and maintaining automated tests in Java for CI/CD pipelines.
• Designing and executing REST and SOAP API tests using Rest Assured and Gatling.
• Planning, executing, and reporting on test strategies in collaboration with developers and analysts.
• Analyzing test results, reporting bugs, and supporting their resolution.
• Participating in test planning, estimations, and improving quality assurance processes.
• Sharing knowledge, promoting best practices, and creating quality metrics.
• Working in a hybrid model: 4 days remote per week, in Warsaw.
