Project Manager with SAP

We operate globally in the IT sector with our own development facilities. Our clients include Oriflame, Sanofi, Coca-Cola, and many others.

• Proven track record in Project Management within HR tech / Enterprise implementations, ideally at senior level or strong mid-level with exceptional PM qualities.
• Very strong domain knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Learning module.
• Outstanding administrative and organizational skills with strong emphasis on task housekeeping, accuracy, and structured workflows.
• Very strong communication skills to confidently present to executive-level client stakeholders and effectively direct an internal consulting team.
• Ability to work aligned with US East Coast working hours (starting at 14:00 Polish time).
• Quality-driven mindset capable of meeting rigorous expectations of top-tier clients.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with broader SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem beyond Learning module.
• Familiarity or background with training/learning service providers (e.g., NIIT portfolio/services).
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary consulting teams in international remote environments.

• Drive customers through complex learning processes, serving as the primary contact and ensuring top delivery standards for enterprise clients.
• Manage and coordinate a team of approximately 7 consultants, maintaining organizational standards and clear task ownership.
• Proactively introduce new SuccessFactors functionalities and identify upsell opportunities across SAP SuccessFactors and NIIT services.
• Act as a bridge between customers and technical teams to resolve blockers and streamline communication.
