System Analyst / Business Analyst

• Higher education in STEM field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis, preferably in the banking industry
• Experience designing system solutions and creating documentation using UML and BPMN
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect
• Experience in integration projects
• Practical knowledge of SQL, especially query syntax and relational databases
• Knowledge of credit processes
• Experience participating in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to testing and deployment
• Communication skills, independence, and ability to collaborate effectively with business, testers, and programmers
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level
• Professional stability demonstrated by project involvement lasting approximately 2 years or longer

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of REST, Postman, Jira, GitLab
• Business process management

• Participate in a project focused on building, maintaining, and developing banking products and processes using UML, BPMN, Enterprise Architect, Jira, SQL, Postman, REST, and GitLab
• Conduct system analyses and design solutions addressing business needs
• Manage requirements ensuring quality, completeness, consistency, traceability, and change management
• Create and maintain system documentation using UML and BPMN notation
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from business analysis, solution design, collaboration with developers, to testing and deployment
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine product and process details
• Work with programmers, testers, and other project stakeholders
• Take part in integration projects and design solutions using REST services
• Analyze and verify data using SQL and relational databases
• Deliver services as part of long-term cooperation
