Team Lead (Java)

We are a product company building and continuously developing our own Master Data Management platform. We focus on long-term product development rather than short-term client projects, providing stability and influence over the solutions we create.

• Strong hands-on backend development experience using modern Java technologies, specifically Java 21
• Experience with MongoDB, Spring Boot, RabbitMQ, Kafka, OpenAPI, and SQL
• Several years leading, mentoring, or coordinating an engineering team
• Ability to define and enforce architectural and procedural standards
• Good understanding of backend technology stack
• Strong team organization and coordination skills

• Semantic Web technologies such as RDF, RDFS, OWL, SHACL, SPARQL, triplestores, and knowledge graph design
• Spring Expression Language (SpEL)

People Leadership:

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and make key technical decisions

• Participate in recruitment and assess candidates’ technical competencies
• Collaborate with other technical leaders on architecture, performance, and quality

Product Area Responsibilities:

• Data Quality Guard: manage continuous validation and monitoring of business partner data using a rules engine based on knowledge graphs (RDF/SPARQL)
• Duplicate Guard: detection, analysis, and consolidation of duplicate business partner records including matching and data-cleansing mechanisms
• Tax Guard: verification and validation of tax identifiers and associated data against official registers
