Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst – Salesforce Loyalty | Czech Republic

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong experience in Loyalty Management, ideally with Salesforce Loyalty Management, to join their team focused on delivering innovative loyalty solutions for leading brands in international markets.

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs and customer journeys.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and solutions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English and knowledge of Polish, Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian.
• Pragmatic, collaborative, and consulting-oriented mindset.

• Lead workshops and translate business goals into loyalty requirements, journeys, and user stories.
• Own and support the backlog, roadmap, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
• Define key loyalty processes: earn & burn, tiers, benefits, promotions, challenges, and member servicing.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities and functional solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, data, integration, testing, and business teams.
• Support demos, testing, UAT, and business acceptance.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, client presentations, and loyalty consulting.
• Lead functional workstreams, manage dependencies, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior analysts.
