The role involves maintaining and developing IT systems such as ERP, HR, BPM, and BI, supporting system users by resolving issues, participating in tests and deployments, configuring business processes, and ensuring quality and stability of solutions. The specialist will also be responsible for reporting, user training, and documentation updates. Work is performed on-site in Gdańsk under an employment contract.
