Salesforce Developer with Omnistudio/Vlocity

• Master’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• At least 1 year of commercial experience working with Omnistudio.
• Basic understanding of the Salesforce Platform.
• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
• Good command of English (at least B2 level).
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Availability for full-time employment.
• Readiness to travel and work partially from client sites.
• Ability to work in the European Union.

Nice to have:

• Software development best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce Solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Vlocity, and Mulesoft.
• Relevant Salesforce Platform Developer or other certifications.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
• Teamwork skills and experience.
• Understanding of design patterns.
• Experience with Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS, Spring, or similar.
• Ability to build lasting positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Additional languages like Swedish, German, or French.

• Implement and customize Salesforce solutions for insurers and banks.
• Create guided flows using Omnistudio and Flows.
• Configure, integrate, and customize Salesforce software to meet client needs.
• Participate in R&D to create, design, and implement state-of-the-art solutions.
• Work directly with clients as an active member of an agile project team.
