IT Tech Lead/IT Designer with German

• At least 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer using Java/Gosu.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role such as Tech Lead or Architect.
• Fluency in English and German (at least B2/C1 level).
• Hands-on experience with systems integration or in the insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to bridge business and technical solutions.
• Experience estimating effort and identifying potential risks.
• Experience with Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS, Spring, or similar.
• Readiness to travel regularly depending on the project.
• Ability to work in the European Union.
