Wymagania
- Strong hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam ONE, Veeam Recovery Orchestrator, and Veeam Enterprise Manager.
- Experience working with Dell PowerProtect Data Domain in enterprise backup environments.
- Experience protecting and recovering workloads hosted on VMware and Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, backup security, immutability, and retention practices.
- Experience using ServiceNow in a service-focused environment.
- Knowledge of integrating Veeam with the Zabbix monitoring platform.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Scripting and automation skills using technologies such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, or REST APIs.
- Understanding of other enterprise backup solutions.
Obowiązki
- Own and support enterprise backup and recovery services based on Veeam and Dell PowerProtect Data Domain.
- Ensure reliable backup operations through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex incidents and recurring issues.
- Lead backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities in line with recovery objectives, retention policies, and security requirements.
- Optimize backup performance, resilience, automation, and operational processes to continuously improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and customer stakeholders on backup solutions and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance on backup and recovery services.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Create and support automation scripts that enhance backup service operations.
