Senior Product Manager (Enterprise)

Must-haves:

• Proven product management experience shipping complex technical products in enterprise environments.
• Strong developer empathy for software build, test, versioning, deployment, and operations.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure to fuzzy technical problems.
• Exceptional product sense anticipating edge cases and enterprise-grade reliability needs.
• Ownership and bias for action with iterative learning.
• Influential communication aligning multiple teams through clarity and trust.
• Technical product judgment balancing usability, scalability, security, reliability, and complexity.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Git, branching, versioning, pull requests, conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of enterprise security including secrets management, environment variables, access control.
• Observability experience with monitoring, usage insights, and operational dashboards.
• Coding or SQL skills to engage in architecture discussions.

WORKFLOW LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT:

• Define workflow promotion paths from development to production with environment separation.
• Shape features like version history, rollback, branching, and conflict resolution.
• Build product experiences for safe management of mission-critical automations.

ENTERPRISE DEVELOPER EXPERIENCE:

• Own Git-based source control workflows aligning with modern software development.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to create intuitive tools for technical teams.
• Translate complex developer workflows into reliable, scalable product experiences.

PRODUCTION OPERATIONS AND OBSERVABILITY:

• Build visibility into workflow performance, usage, and reliability.
• Define management of external secrets, variables, and configuration.
• Support multi-instance management and cross-instance visibility at scale.

PRODUCT DISCOVERY AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP:

• Engage with customers and engineering stakeholders to understand delivery needs.
• Prioritize across technical depth, usability, enterprise readiness, and platform leverage.
• Align teams across Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and leadership through clear strategy and communication.
