Technical Travel Specialist

• Minimum 4 years experience in technical support, implementation, or client-facing technology role
• At least 5 years experience in the business travel and/or airline industry
• Technical proficiency supporting Amadeus (GDS)
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven experience in customer onboarding and implementation processes, including data analysis, profile imports, gap identification, and post-implementation support within travel technology or related services

• Lead end-to-end testing and provide official go-live sign-off for new client implementations, ensuring systems and configurations meet standards
• Support customer onboarding by attending implementation calls, managing company profile imports, and identifying setup gaps or errors
• Provide post-implementation support, including Office ID mapping and troubleshooting until steady state is achieved
• Collaborate with Product Teams to develop new functionalities, conduct testing, and escalate technical issues
• Support Service Delivery teams by researching and escalating issues for timely resolution
• Contribute technical insight and support to large-scale cross-functional projects
• Apply creative and analytical thinking to research and resolve complex technical issues and identify root causes with limited information
