Snowflake Data Analyst

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or IT Analyst in data-driven projects
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation (functional and non-functional requirements)
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience in data mapping, data lineage, and data flow analysis
• Ability to perform gap analysis between current and target solutions
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and other IT teams
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector
• Experience with Cloud Data Platforms
• Understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Act as a bridge between Business and IT, ensuring alignment and transparency of requirements
• Extract, analyze, interpret, and visualize data from multiple sources to support solution design and decision-making
• Create and maintain data mappings and document data flows
• Perform gap analysis between current (as-is) and target (to-be) solutions
• Collaborate with Architects, Business Stakeholders, and development teams to design effective IT solutions
• Contribute to the creation of Solution Design Documentation and description of the to-be solution
• Build strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data within the assigned domain
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate alignment across different teams and organizational units
